A note from Scott Hahn
A Life Dedicated to Scripture
We are called to be trusting children of God and of the Church, our mother. My studies have led me to realize that we are privileged to read the Sacred Page within an unfathomable community: the communion of saints, the voices of Catholic Tradition, the great cloud of witnesses from all of history. Our guide is the Holy Spirit, working through the Church's Magisterium.
Living out your faith
Most importantly, we have the great gift to read the Bible in its natural and supernatural habitat: the liturgy. The Bible gives us both the content and context of the liturgy—even as the liturgy provides our context for understanding the Scriptures. If we read the Bible as it was written, we'll read it from the heart of the Church. It is the heart of Jesus.
What that means for You
From the moment of your baptism, the Lord has called you to be his disciple – to know, love, and serve him. He also calls you to strengthen your brothers and sisters in Christ, all to the praise and glory of his name! At the St. Paul Center, we believe maturing in Christ starts with knowing and understanding Scripture. Our goal is to form a new generation of biblically fluent priests and biblically literate lay people. Imagine the Church being built up by priests and lay leaders on fire with a love for Sacred Scripture.

OUR MISSION
Reading the Bible from the Heart of the Church
The St. Paul Center is a nonprofit research and educational institute that promotes life-transforming Scripture study from the heart of the Church. We want to raise up a new generation of priests who are fluent in the Bible and lay people who are biblically literate.
